1. Rental Agreement / Contrato de Renta
English:
The renter who signs this agreement must be at least 21 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
While individuals 18 years of age and older are legally considered adults in the State of Texas, our company policy and insurance requirements establish 21 years as the minimum age for the responsible party signing the rental agreement.
All passengers under the age of 21 are welcome to enjoy our services, provided they are accompanied by the responsible renter who meets the minimum age requirement.
For reasons of safety and insurance coverage, our company establishes a minimum age of 21 years to sign the rental agreement.

2. Waiver / Hold Harmless / Assumption of Risk
English:
I understand and acknowledge that boating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to capsizing, collisions, weather conditions, and equipment failure.
I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to hold harmless Bros Pro Dinghy Fishing Rentals LLC, its owners, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation.
This waiver applies to myself, my passengers, and any representatives.

I confirm that I have received orientation and training on vessel operation, safety procedures, emergency protocols, restricted zones, and company rules.

4. Policies / Políticas Generales
English:
- Rentals require full payment at booking.
- Minimum rental time: 4 hours. Maximum rental time: 8 hours.
- Boats must be returned on time. Delays over 30 minutes will incur a $50 fee; after that, a full 4-hour rate applies.
- All renters must present valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for the booking.
- The renter who signs must be at least 21 years of age. While individuals 18 years and older are legally considered adults in Texas, company policy and insurance requirements establish 21 as the minimum age for the responsible party. Passengers under 21 are welcome but must be accompanied by the responsible renter.
- Option of insurance available for each rental.
- Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the vessel.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and swimming/diving from the vessel are strictly prohibited.
- Rentals are restricted to designated operating zones within the lake.
- Bros Pro Dinghy Fishing Rentals reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not comply with safety rules or appears under the influence of substances.

✅ Company Policy – Texas Boater Education Requirement
Although this vessel (2.5 hp, 9’4”) is legally exempt from the Texas Boater Education requirement, Bros Pro Dinghy Fishing Rentals LLC requires that any operator who is legally obligated under Texas law must comply with that requirement.
According to Texas Parks & Wildlife Code §31.109, any person born on or after September 1, 1993 must present a valid Texas Boater Education Certificate before operating the vessel.
This means:
- Born before September 1, 1993 → Certificate NOT required
- Born on or after September 1, 1993 → Certificate REQUIRED

Passengers may be minors, must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult renter/operator.

Asumo voluntariamente todos los riesgos y acepto eximir de responsabilidad a Bros Pro Dinghy Fishing Rentals LLC, sus dueños y empleados de cualquier responsabilidad, reclamo o daños derivados de mi participación.
